The Sense of Self Set, Choose 3

Your foundation. Your seasons. Your own rhythm.

Begin with Foundation - Mother Earth and choose two seasonal essences to accompany you through your own cycles of change, growth and development.

These essences allow you to grow, expand and retreat when needed. They are aligned to Mother Earth's cycles and keep you grounded through each cycle of change, growth and development.

Every set includes Foundation - Mother Earth, the nurturer, the giver, the provider. Choose two from:

• Radiance - Summer: reveal your gifts and shine your light.
• Wisdom - Autumn: gather your knowledge and use it in new and profound ways.
• Sanctuary - Winter: pause, integrate and grow with grace and ease.
• Bloom - Spring: stay true to yourself and grow with ease and confidence.
